A: It's generally best to book your apartment as soon as the requirement arises. However bookings can be made up until the date of arrival. The booking department will always do their utmost to accommodate last minute bookings, but it may not always be possible to honour special requests for last minute bookings.

A:  The Standard check in times is 4pm. Depending on availability It maybe possible to arrange an earlier check in time, if you require an earlier check in please mention this at the time of booking.

A:  The Standard Check Out time is 11am, depending on availability it may be possible to arrange a later check out, if you require an earlier check out please mention this at the time of booking.

Q: How and when do we pay ?

A: Unless otherwise agreed, the Balance of Accommodation must be received on the day of your arrival. Settlement may be made by bank transfer, Debit card or Credit card.
